Promotion of Local Culinary Arts and Its Impact on Tourism for Fuzhou

Abstract: Fuzhou is rich in culinary arts,but lags behind on tourism in comparison to some other regions in China.This article describes the resources,characteristics and potential of the local culinary arts and also discusses the difficulties and recommendations for the tourism development.
