柑橘黑斑病新病原亚洲柑橘叶点霉生物学特性

Biological Characteristics of Phyllosticta citriasiana, a New Pathogen Causing Black Spots Disease on Citrus Plants

摘要: 亚洲柑橘叶点霉Phyllosticta citriasiana是近年发现的侵染柚类柑橘的黑斑病病原菌新种,其生物学特性尚不明确,为此测定了培养基种类、光照、温度、pH值等培养条件对该菌菌丝及分生孢子的影响。结果表明:该病菌在燕麦琼脂培养基和含柚叶汁液的马铃薯葡萄糖琼脂培养基上生长较快,黑暗不利于病菌生长,菌丝适宜生长温度为25~30℃,菌丝最适生长pH值是6~7,菌落在碱性的燕麦培养基上生长有黄色晕圈,试验研究中分生孢子萌发率较低,菌丝致死温度为55℃,分生孢子致死温度为55℃。

Abstract: Phyllosticta citriasiana is the newly identified pathogen that causes the citrus black spots disease on Citrus grandis (L.) Osbeck. To determine its biological characteristics, the effects of culture medium, temperature, pH, and light exposure on the mycelial growth and conidia bourgeon of the fungus were studied. The results showed that (a) the fungus thrived on OA or PDA medium containing pomelo leaf juice, as compared to the other media; (b) the optimal temperature for the mycelial growth was 25-30℃; (c) the optimal medium pH for the mycelial growth was 6 to 7; (d) the thermal lethality of the mycelia and the conidia were same at 55℃ in 10 min; and, (e) the fungal colony grown on the alkaline OA medium carried a yellow halo.
