福州地区设施栽培辣椒根腐病病原菌鉴定

Pathogens of Root Rot Disease on Chili Peppers in Fuzhou

摘要: 为明确福州地区设施辣椒根腐病病原菌种类,于2015-2016年从长乐、福清、闽侯等3地主要设施辣椒栽培区采集辣椒根腐病样本90份,分离到327株病原真菌。根据来源、培养性状以及形态学特征可将这些病原菌分为7种(来源于长乐2种、福清2种、闽侯3种)。通过菌株的致病性测定以及rDNA-ITS序列分析,结果表明来源于长乐的B1、福清的B2和闽侯的B3均具有致病性,并且在系统发育上与茄腐镰孢菌(KT271766.1)同源的置信度达99%。

Abstract: Ninety chili pepper samplesinfectedbyroot rot disease were collected from Changle,Fuqing and Minhou counties in Fuzhou during 2015 to 2016 to identify the causitive fungal pathogens.Three hundred and twenty-seven strains were isolated. Based upon their origins,cultural characteristics and morphologies,these isolates were classified into 7 groups including 2 from Changle, 2 from Fuqing, and 3 from Minhou. Through pathogenic and rDNA-ITS sequence analyses, B1, B2 and B3 were determined to be pathogenic and highly homologous with Fusarium solani (KT271766.1) in phylogeny at 99% degree of confidence.
