摘要: MADS-box基因编码的蛋白在植物花发育过程中起着重要的调控作用。单子叶模式植物水稻与双子叶模式拟南芥是两个关系很远的种类,通过对它们花器官功能保守因子的比较研究,将有助于提高对水稻基因功能的认知以及加快对水稻花器官发育研究的步伐。

Abstract: Proteins encoded by MADS-box play an important role in regulating flower development.Since the monocot rice and the eudicot Arabidopsis are distantly related plant species,to compare the floral organ identity factors and their functions between the two species would help further understand the flower development of rice.
