病程相关蛋白与植物抗病性研究

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 从病程相关蛋白的生物学功能,在植物组织细胞中的分布和运输,其编码基因的诱导和表达、转基因植物研究,以及与植物抗病性关系等方面对这一研究领域进行回顾,并对病程相关蛋白研究及其在植物抗病育种中的应用进行分析和讨论。

Abstract: The biological functions of PRs,localization and transportation in the plant tissues and cells, induction and expression of encoding genes and transgenic plants as well as the relationship between PRs and plant disease resistance were reviewed The respect on PRs and its application in disease-resistant breeding were also discussed in this paper.
