芽孢杆菌分类与应用研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着多相分类方法的广泛采用,化学分类和分子分类在芽孢杆菌属的分类学研究中起到越来越重要的作用。本文综述了各种分类法在芽孢杆菌分类中的应用及作用。

Abstract: With the availability of polyphasic taxonomical method,functions of chemical and molecular taxonomy have become increasingly important in the taxonomy of Bacillu s genus.This article summarizes the applications and effect of various Bacillus classification methodologies in the field.
