应用氯化锂法小量提取质粒DNA

摘要: 用改良的氯化锂方法小量提取质粒DNA.结果表明,该方法所提取的质粒DNA的质量与常规碱裂解法获得的质粒DNA基本一致,可以满足分子生物学基础实验的要求;同时该方法简化了试验步骤,质粒DNA提取时间缩短了24 min.

Abstract: A new method to extract small amount of plasmid DNA with LiCl was developed.The results showed that the quality of plasmid DNA extracted by using this method was basically identical to that of the conventional alkalinelysis.The method satisfied the need for basic molecular biology experiments,and the procedure was simplified shortening the extracting time by 24 min.
